Yes, in these cases the sellers are legit & have had their accounts hijacked. Victims.
One of them was even re-hijacked around 7-11 to 7-13
There are other examples where the hacker sign-up same day to list 30K+ fake items too though.

But speaking of FAKES I hear ebay has a few lawsuits against IT regarding fake & counterfeit brand name items for sale on the site.
Has also been called "Ebay: the counterfeit capital of the world"
Whoooo-eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!! Up to 95% of some certain brand name items were found to be fake in studies conducted.

I had to 'bump' that to make it work with FF 2.0.*
You should be able to make that work by using Mr. Tech's local install extension, or Google:

for different ways of doing that.
It works within limitations. Only a hi-vis label that way, TTBOMK.
